Work:  Infrastructure development for 57 lots of a high-end residential subdivision.
Project included approximately 4,000 linear feet  of 8 inch sanitary sewer main, 5,000 feet of water main, 2,500 feet of storm sewer pipe ranging from 18 inches to 54 inches.  Concrete, asphalt streets and detention pond construction.
